Well it’s Wednesday, November 29, 2006 in Wickcliffe, Ohio. Good ole Freeway Lanes, man I’ve got a lot of memories here. I am happy to be here. This weeks pattern is the Viper. Before practice I drilled up 2 balls. A Vibe, and a Hawgzilla. Now that’s done, on to the lanes. My Black Widows hooked too much. My Hawgzillas hooked too much. My Vibes, perfect. Straight up 5. Freeway Lanes is known to have weird carry. They have wood lanes with Guardian over lay, but I have a good reaction so it shouldn’t be to bad (I hope). My Vibe, pin outside the ring finger, CG kicked out with a hole is the ball of choice. As always,

my spare game is top choice, my timing is good , and I’m good to go. See you tomorrow.

Thursday, November 30, 2006 - It’s 11:00am and I’m ready for action. Today’s condition is similar to yesterday’s practice, maybe a little tighter, so I started with my new Hawgzilla (pin down between my ring and middle finger with a hole). In practice it reacted the best.

Friday, December 1, 2006 – Today’s format for the first match is the best 4 of 7 games. Its 11am and its my 2^nd time making it to match play. I’m bowling against Brian Kretzer on 79-80 the last pair of lanes. I hate end pairs, I hope Brian hates them more than I do. During practice what worked for me yesterday did not work today. My Vibes were not working. I had to use something more aggressive, so I started with my Black Widow pin above my middle finger, CG under my ring finger, with a crater hole. The 2^nd game I switched to my Toxic (bad decision). The 5^th game I switched to my new Hawgzilla (finally the right piece). I should’ve used it from the beginning. That’s ok I had my best finish of the year. HOORAY FOR ME!!!

Well next stop Baltimore for the Beltway Open, where we will be bowling on the cheetah pattern.
